GROWTH BREAKS BARRIERS
Dedicated to Converting Market Opportunities into Significant Businesses through Capital and Consulting
CGR.Ventures is a private investment and advisory platform focused on growth and transformation agendas for clients in Media, Entertainment and Technology.
Founded in 2012, CGR was established in Fort Greene, Brooklyn by Chris Gannett, former CMO of AMERICAN IDOL owner and producer CORE Media Group following the company's acquisition by Apollo Global Management.
Our approach combines entrepreneurial discipline with deep sector expertise to enable founders, innovation leaders and their teams to disrupt existing models and build new markets. Specific areas of interest include Premium Content, Consumer Tech, SaaS, Internet & Mobile, Automation, and Data.
We are operator-first because we were operators first.
Brand x Technology x Content x Data
CGR.Ventures champions operators who challenge convention, imagine the future, and bring it to life.
We advise and invest alongside leading organizations, entrepreneurs, investors, and sports and entertainment talent across the private, public and social sectors, and arm our companies with resources and expertise to define fields of opportunity, create powerful brand concepts, launch and grow products, and design operational structures to own the next horizon of innovation.
As each engagement demands, we either align directly or in partnership with our network of supportive Advisory Partners, each of whom shares a commitment to help management teams execute their strategic growth plans.
